Default should I? Your thoughts please

Theres an add in Craigslist in my local area offering a great price on a BBK 62mm Throttle Body and a set of Steeda Under Drive Pullies (see attached link)

http://fayetteville.craigslist.org/pts/2637362607.html

the seller claims to be an employee at a dealership that took a car in on trade which had these items on them and is not selling them used. The photos look promising and the price is good. should I pull the trigger? My instincts tell me that I should.

What should I look for on each of these items to ensure that they are both in good repair and will fit on my 2010 GT 5spd.

Thanks in advance for all your input.

Keep Fightin'!

I'd stay away from the BBK throttle body.

Yeah the throttle body will get you minimal gains if you're not FI, the UDP's would be worth it.

On a side note, Mongoose what happened to your signature?! That was the one of the best sigs ever!!!

I think every so often mongoose's siggy likes to disappear for some "special" fun time with mongoose. At least that's my guess

Unless you have some heavy breathing mods (F/I, Cams, Lt's etc), pretty much

I'd get the underdrive pulleys.

OP: You at FT. Bragg? Not really ranger heaven though unless you go back to Benning. I was 82nd Airborne. 1-325 A.I.R. 2002-2005

BBK throttle bodies are terrible I have heard nothing but bad about them. My friend had one on his GT and it stranded him 2-3 times before he took it off. The gears would jam and cause the butterfly to get stuck closed so the car won't start.
