If your dealership does good work, then take it to them. Otherwise find a good reputable shop that can do it for you, who knows wtf they're doing. Or do it yourself. The trick and where shops mess-up are in refilling and not getting enough fluid back in, and then you start getting slippage.

I talked to a few ford dealerships yesterday and they were saying that it is recommended by ford to have it flushed ever 100,000. I thought this was high, but two different dealers told me this. This is of course if you are doing moderate driving and not racing.
I was also told that the machine that does this pumps in the ATF through the tranny lines. And the car's pump actually does the pumping. So nothing is really forced through anything. This seemed to be a point of disagreement on many of the discussions for Trans. flushes.
Dealer in Tipton = 180 for flush, drop pan, and replace filter
Dealer in W. Lafayette = 240 for flush, drop pan, and replace filter
