Default My 06 GT - Can't Tell If Modified...

I bought my 06 GT over the weekend and I'm not 100% sure what mods it has. He says he didn't modify it at all - but I am the 3rd owner.

I think it might be lowered - the springs are blue and it does seem to ride lower to the ground.

I'm not sure if the front bumper is totally stock, either.

I have no idea if the speedometer has been calibrated for the wheels - which I believe are 19 or 20 inch

It might have an aftermarket spoiler

I know the wheels are different and it has American Thunder exhausts but I can't tell if they're axle back or catbacks...

Is there any way to tell? I can upload pictures as soon as there is a good day for me to take it outside and take some

yeah post pics...thats going to be the best way to tell.

Curious, if he told you the car isn't modified but, it sounds like it probably is...why did you buy it? Even with the stuff thats on it, you dont know what was on it before. He couldve modified anything and then returned it to stock or near stock condition.

He never said it wasn't modified - he said that its how he got it off the used lot at the Ford dealer.

It still drives great, nothing out of order

weather its cat back or axle back doesnt really matter, it wont need a tune either way.

the stock springs are black, i think.

check the revs/mile on the diameter of the tires vs revs/mile on stock diameter tires
they may be the same even if the rim diameter is different.
then there is no need for a recal of the speedo.

If the springs are blue then they are probably FRPP springs. The stock springs are black. Posting some pics would help greatly.

As soon as it isn't raining (or threatening and growling) I'll head out and take pics
