digital boost gauge wiring ???s
I am adding a digital boost gauge and the wiring directions are asking for a switched 12v source that is powered when the key is 'ON' but doesn't drop out the voltage while cranking, any ideas.
The guage has an 'auto-zero' that I assume calibrates it on each startup, requiring power for that second the key is on before cranking the engine so it can't drop the power out while cranking.
I was racking my brains last night and the only thing I can think of is jumping off the fuel pump wire under the hood, or the intercooler pump wire under the hood. Both are by the fuse block and I don't really want to lengthen the wire that far.
Anybody done this or have any ideas to jump some power under the drivers feet?
