Default Sound clip from my 07 GT (critique)

Ok so I bought the car from the dealership and as usual they know nothing about what has been done to the car, as far as the internals, tune, etc. Guy tried to say that these are stock GT wheels It has the Paxton NOVI 2200SL supercharger, and right now the exhaust is straight piping, glasspacks, then dumps onto ground before rear axle.

May be impossible to tell, but does it sound like it has aftermarket parts such as heads or cams? I know it doesn't lope like a cammed motor but just curious. If it's a stock motor without any work i'd want to go get it tuned to only about 7-8psi (10psi can blow it up @ around 450whp), but wouldnt know for sure without taking it apart.

Only revved it about 500 rpm, its muuuch louder than it sounds on video. Getting 3" magnpack catback put on on several weeks

Thanks

maybe he was the previous owner the cosmetics are flawless on this thing

Definitely? I thought it sounded more aggressive than a stock 4.6L... but definitely not as aggressive as the cammed cars I hear on youtube. So probably some mild street cam.
Dad could not believe it when I said its only a 4.6L, said it sounds like a big block. When you get on it, it freakin screams, might make another video with acceleration later today.

Definitely get a video of it if you can! Sounds awesome. I'm not positive on it being cammed, but maybe I've been away from my baby for too long thanks to school. Didn't think so from the video though. I bet that thing runs like no other. Congrats on the purchase!

If that is what it sounds like cammed then mine must be.

I'll upload a video sometime this week - or maybe tonight.

Doesn't sound like it has a cam....You would definately know if it has a cam or not......What kind of glasspacks are you running?? and is it 2.5'' or 3'' piping??

That car is not cammed.... You obviously haven't heard what a cammed 3V sounds like, better yet what a cammed V8 sounds like.

Not cammed.

No offense to either of us, but it sounds like my V6.

Yea like I said it is not cammed at all.....I have Full 3'' Exhaust...Hooker Longtubes, O/R Tru-X-Pipe, with Glasspacks and turndowns welded right off of them and mine also has cams....This is what it would sound like with cams and here are pics of my exhaust set-up.....

And a couple videos....I am going to make some new ones and I will post them up as well if needed.....
