I'll take the bottom one
If they both were Boss's under the skin, I would take the top one, same thing goes for a GT500.

now THIS is how you do it.,.... quite possibly the coolest stang, new car with a real retro body

(from stangnet)

Today I saw the the greatest Mustang.

It was a 1969 Mach1 body on a 2005 Mustang Saleen chassis. The workmanship is incredible. The car is supercharged and has the complete 2005 Mustang suspension, interior, and drive train.

I could go for that in a better color, without the wrong way opening hood, no Saleen window banner, and it would need the chrome bumpers, other than that nice car.
It has been done there used to be a thread of a shop doing that for one of their customers.
