Cabin Leak in 2007
So, got in the car this morning, start moving, water dumps out from directly below glove box into the floorboard. It's like a faucet stream. Its free flowing now. Every time I move the car it dumps into the floor.
Is this the typical issue, or is it different? I thought that was only 05s...but I could be wrong.
Swift responses appreciated...flash flood warnings here for the next 2 days...great time for this to happen.

The water leak affected more than just the 05's... It has been seen here affecting upto 2009 that I've seen, but for varying reasons...
Yours sounds as if the water is entering through the cabin filter opening. You probably need to remove the cowl and clean out the debris that is blocking the water's escape. There are a number of thread relating how to accomplish this. Good luck.

Open the hood, look down along the firewall near the exhaust and locate a rubber nipple like item. Pull them out and clean. There is one on each side. Also, clean out under the cowl as mentioned.

Ok, thanks. Sorry, was on mobile and didn't really have time to search. I cleaned under the cowl immediately, but I'll look for the nipple deal when I get back down there. I rigged up device to catch the water for now.

I had the same issue. Clearing out the garment on the firewall next to the exhaust stopped the leak and dumped about a gallon of water under the car. There is also one on the driver’s side but that one wasn’t leaking in the cabin.

That was it. Fished some junk out of it and it just dumped a few gallons. Paper toweled everything out of my floorboard...it's still damp but better than being swamped.
Thanks for the help everyone.
