Went to the track this sunday and was pleased. got a new personal best. I hope with the cams going in on the 5th and my new 555r's coming to replace my worn out nt555's that super low 12's or high 11's will be showing up soon.

Thanks for posting! I just got myself a GoPro recently and plan on using it for the same thing! I have a mount for my harness bar too. Excited to make it out to the track starting in the spring. Do you DD your car? Cause $600 is expensive for some tires that don't last nearly as long as your average tire, but then again Nittos are hard and seem to last the longest out of all the DRs.

yep i DD my car. but i my work is less then one mile from home so its not bad i hope. i need to get a second car because my cherokee got turned into scrap metal after i let the wife drive it. the Go Pro is awsome. the videos were shot in 1080 and came out great. i was impresed with the sound for being outside at high speeds. inside the car is good too but as far as mounting on the outside the back corner facing forward looked and sounded the best.

Did you have the open back case or the closed back case on it? Because it did sound good and had minimal wind noise. If I had to guess I'd think the closed back! And if you work less then a mile from your house then those tires will be fine!

That was a very nice video, I was amazed at how well you could capture the exhaust sound at those speeds. Good run too, def. need to hear those rockers once you get them in. Grats on your best time!
