Default How do u remove the cowl cover

So today I was gonna remove these. I was able to get the passenger side cowl cover off but I did not get the driver side off. U have to remove the winshield wiper arm. I took the nuts off hoping the arms would pop off but no luck. So I was wondering if anyone has done that here and could offer up some advice.

The passenger side was clean as was the filter so im sure its clean but I want to make sure.

there is a lever on the windshield wipers.
pull the little lever near the base by the nut and you can lift the arm of the wiper off.

Try turning on the wipers and then turn off the key when they are near the top of their arc. This should get them out of the way.

disregard this statement. i was getting it confused with my 2000.
i've had 3 different Mustangs, and my dad has had 2, so sometimes i get the parts confused. sorry.

but you should be able to remove them by removing the nut cover, remove the nut, then remove the wiper arm.
i've heard of some people using a pulley pulley to get it off, others just wiggle it off.

A battery terminal puller (a couple bucks at any auto supply store) works great.
