I've used Lamin-x and have had very good results with this material.

If you want your tail lights to have this kind of shine you will need to have a paint shop do them for you. Ya its going to cost you but the end result is pure sweetness! I had mine done by a painter who has an ebay page to do this kind of tint work.

Which exhaust are you running? Those tips look very nice!
