Default PCM reflash/calibrations update - how much?

Recently, I stumbled upon some info on PCM software updates, called latest calibrations on Motorcraft Website - http://www.motorcraftservice.com/vdi...id=calibration

I have been having issues with CEL and P0430 Catalytic converter code that I think is false, and now looking into a PCM software update. How much should I expect to pay for it and how long does it usually take to have it updated? Has anyone done it here? I saw somewhere on Honda website they Honda techs are charging 0.3 hours time for this operation, probably takes 20 minutes max...

How have you come to the conclusion that the code is false?

Just curious

.3 hour is 18 minutes
and as above how do you find that the code is false?

Or you could throw an O/R pipe on and you're troubles would disappear, haha.
