Default +12V kick panel fuse?

I am trying to install something in my car that requires a switched 12V. I was wondering which fuse to use in the interior kick panel fuse box. I was wondering if I could just use the fuse #4, which says it is the convertible top fuse. Mine is a hard top and I figured that this would be a good one to use for that reason, assuming that it only comes on when the key is in and turned. The piece that I'm installing says it only draws 35 mA; therefore, I don't think it will be a problem for any fuse spot to handle. I also thought since the #4 fuse wasn't used that it would be ok just to put it down in with one of the legs instead of using a add-a-circuit connector.

This isn't for the convertible top, sorry. This is the fuse for the passenger rear window, which is only if it is a convertible.

Seems to me it should work. I think #13 is unused also and only works when the key is on.

IIRC that's the fuse I hooked my sisters seat heaters to when I installed them on her 07GT vert. Your owners manual should show it.
