Got my Stang back this morning. Transmission is as quiet as I've ever heard it. Everything works great! Finally!

On another note, my windshield is now funneling rain water into my cabin air filter area and my passenger side floor is currently holding about a quarter inch of water. The rubber seal at the bottom of the windshield on the passenger side is not even making contact with the glass. I don't know if that can be adjusted or not. What I need to do is drill some holes so that air filter area can freely drain.
