I have been thinking about the same thing. I have my stock axel backs with only 5miles on them in my Garage.
I also have brand new complete suspension from my GT in my garage. I got FR3 suspension installed before I took delivery of my car.

they are worth so little .. you should just hang on to them.

personal experience: there will be a time where you want a different car, and you can squeeze more money out of your stang if you put the stock stuff back on and sell the aftermarket bits later.
