This kit from K-Dezines looks cool, but even though the back seat is cramped, I don't know if I'd do this. How about you?

I need to keep the option of potentially putting a person in the back seat, so I'd say no.

I'm not a fan of "backseat deletes" in general, because most of them look like the backseat was removed, rather than looking like a car without a backseat. It just leaves an empty space back there.

My dog uses the back seat.

If you need the weight loss to go with other weight loss "mods", then I'd say it's worth it.

there is not enough of a weight loss benefit to even consider it for me.

can you imagine how much smaller they could make the stang if it was a 2 seater coupe?

The one posted in the original post is nice but too expensive. And no way, shipping weight is 60 pounds so that thing weighs more then the rear seat.

I personally need my back seat. Toting around a buch of friends (especially of the female variety) makes the back seat indespensible. LOL

the new Laguna Seca Boss comes with no back seat. I'd have no problems with that, except for the fact that there's no real place to keep my Sunshade and big water bottle where I can get to it!
Oh, And I always have the rear seat belts buckled. Looks great!

Unless you've reached the point where your car needs a cage, there's no reason to delete the rear seat.
