I'm sorry for this to be off topic but OP, where in GA do you live?? I have an automatic also and have been leaning towards a gear swap to 4.10s but the price for it all is killer along with all the other options to upgrade along with it. I'm really not sure what I should do as far as the limited slip and axle swap to 8.8. Do you have any plans to change those with the gears too?

I live in nicholson, its between athens and commerce. I havent even considered an axle swap at all. I will most likely just go with the gears. The 4.10 I am going with is the ford racing one which is about 180 and hopefully around 250 to install. My current ideal purchasing for mods goes, CAI+tuner combo (which is awesome) 4.10 gears, in dash dvd/stereo, charge motion delete plates, hot rod cams, headers, under drive pulley, and some nice axle backs purchased in there somewhere. Honestly I am very new to mustangs and have no idea what I would gain from a limited slip 8.8 swap. My last project car was an 86 camaro and all you needed to know about beefing it up was "throw a 350 in it" lol

Great looking ride!

Gears are a great mod. I had them on my 08 GT with CAI, delete plates as well and they really wake up the performance. Start considering a high stall torque converter as well, since that will really wake things up even more! lol

thank you very much sir. I think it was the main reason I bought the car. I saw it and fell in love. Plus you dont see a whole lot of legend limes+white stripes driving around.

Nothing better than driving around in a Mustang that looks apart from others

awesome glad to see another mustang member on our side. I think you made a good choice its one of the first things I did also. Picked up a bbk CAI and a tuner and already made a huge difference. As people told me once you start modding you just can't stop

Unless I'm missing something, you guys already have an 8.8 rear with limited slip
