Default Track Day W/ New SCT + BAMA

Well as you guys saw last week I got my new SCT Tuner in with the 3 BAMA tunes. Well this Saturday a few buddies of mine and myself ran all day at Willow Springs International Raceway on their Big Willow Track (2.5 Miles). The 91 Race Tune I put on was absolutely amazing!

My best lap of the day was a 1 minute 46 seconds
Top Speed 126 MPH on the front straight

All I have done is my Tuner + CAI + Lowering Springs

I will be putting together a video for GoPro will take me all week due to being at work all day so I only get to work on it once I get home.

I have a couple clips uploaded so far on my facebook, here are the links

Don't know much about comparison times so.... 1 minute 46 seconds doesn't mean much to me...what are some other cars that fell into that time frame +/- 5 seconds?

I don't know if you have it already but BAMA also has an auto-x/ road race tune that helps prevent the low rpm 91 race tune bogging problem. It did wonders for my times not having to shift to a lower gear all the time and still have that extra power.

I didn't have any boggling problems with my tunes, every thing is running smooth and great!

Yes it is safe. You are on the track with a bunch of other cars and it is intimidating at first and I encourage you to go easy your first time but no one would do it if it wasn't safe.

Remember people out there are just like us and **** about their cars too

+11111 Well for 1 be honest with yourself, racing anything even gokarts is never 100% safe. But as for it being on a track and track rules yes its safe. Just do the beginner class your first time like we all do, so you get the feel for it and really learn how your car handles in 30 degree turns

you should come with us to the next one we decide to go to, they run every weekend but have been going about once a month
