There are great supercharger kits with all related supporting parts unsold and available for drastically reduced prices in various clearance sales, through performance shops, on e-bay and craigslist. You can easily have a car that still weighs less than the 2011's, is 500+ horses ect..suspension easily taken past 2011 with about 2500 bucks with shopping a bit.

If you really have to have the 2013, the newest thing-thing, and understand the investment loss on trading out cars every 3 years, then I'd wait on the 2013, until they are priced competitively, or as you mention, more logically, walk away with a great deal on a beautiful, new, 2012 or even 2011.

Take some Advil for the 2013 GT fever. I'll be taking my Advil for the 2013 GT500 until about 2 years from now when they are marked down right before the 2015 new model re-design is released in late spring of 2014, then I'll buy, instead of living in older(but incredible) model denial like I am now. Well these posts have me think twice about the 2013 model, well more then ever because of the price and the loss. I would rather build my 2010 up now.

I love reliable N/A power but there's always something about boosted cars that is a complete blast to drive. The sound is really cool for me. It still drives like stock until 3k rpm (I have a centri, takes a bit longer) then it slams you back in your seat.

But it sounds like you really want the newest updated model... sounds very expensive to keep buying new cars. good luck with your decision

edit: for the entire kit they range from $4-6k plus another $1k or so for install and tuning. Really not bad for the beast it turns into
When u say boosted, do you mean SC or Turbo? Regardless, I've only once been in a car that has really thrown me to the back of my seat, I was scared ****less at first, but now I really wanna turn my car into a beast, I've looked into the Edelbrock SC'ers and they seem to all have gotten great reviews. I think I need to spend about a good 3-grand though and build the car up for a supercharge before I put the SC on or else I wont be able to handle that kind of power.
