extras were coupe accessory package, 19" machined alum wheels, and the comfort packge. and i got $3000 back and $500 military

I guess they're clearing their inventory since the '13 will be out in 2 months (which I STILL don't understand).

It looks like you are probably getting a good deal. You're gonna love the new ride. As far as price goes. I don't know what your tax and title situation is where you live but the total discounts should be $5500-$6000 off sticker this time of year. You're getting $3500 in rebates, dealer can easily come down another $2500 from that and still make some money. Invoice isn't really anything. The dealer actually doesn't pay that invoice price of $33865 for that car, they pay the holdback price which is probably another $2000 behind the invoice.
