The same thing almost passed here a couple years ago, to save money. Troopers lobbied against it.

of course they did.. then they would actually have to work to catch someone. screw the taxpayers and their money.. i want life to be easy! friggin ...sssss.. ok im going to calm down and change subjests...lol
