Front plates completely ruin the look of the front. I will never put one on mine.

i mean if you have the mounts and you have the nice black custom plate i would leave it on. the only reason i switched mine to the hazard plate before the GT bumper is bc it was boring. it looks cool but i still think your plate is cooler

I went for years and years without a front plate on my fox stang without issues.

I am jealous Texas has black plates though. love them

I went 6 months with no front plate in MA, but then I was forced to put one on for inspection, nobody would pass me without it.

technically the law doesn't state that the plates have to be on the bumper. it only says it has to be visible from the front and rear of the vehicle. i have an 07 gt/cs with no front plates. i keep my extra plate in between my seat and console if i need to throw it on the dash real quick. i've been pulled over many times and questioned about the plates but never a ticket.

when i bought my car they had drilled holes in the bumper for a mount. now i never put plates there, and finally earlier in the year i had to get a door ding fixed and while i was at it i paid 300 dollars to have the holes filled and repainted. never questioned about it. not saying you won't get pulled over for not having them, but i would go to court and contest it if i ever was given a ticket for not having a plate on my front bumper.

I've ran without a front plate for 6 years and no problems. Leave the plate on for now, and when you get the new front bumper, take it off, and don't put any holes in it.

running no front plate here as well
required in ohio but i think its like it is with tints, unless you get a douchbag cop or are uncooperative they dont really care. I've been pulled a over a couple times and they've never mentioned the front plate or tint. i've even had my car searched before and they didnt say anything bout it.

Ya it really depends, my brothers friend got pulled over once for tint and he was given a fine for every window. It was a 700 something dollar ticket.
