Yes, they will. Shipped through UPS. Just be sure to do a good tape job with some quality tape.

thanks. in my mind, when I think of taping two tires together, I think of masking tape wrapped a few times around in four points of the tire to secure them well. am I on the wrong train of thought?

Would not use masking or duct tape. Masking rips far too easily and duct will leave a residue. Use some good clear packing tape. Wrap it a few times around through the tire in about 3-4 places and be sure it's decently tight.
