Ok.. I called the dealer today and talked to the service advisor about it. She had to talk to the service manager and when she called me back she apologized and said that they had made a mistake putting the 5W-50 in the car.. The best they could figure is that they used the oil for the 5.4.

I'm going back in tomorrow and they're going to change the oil out to 5W-20 for me.
