BAMA Tune or TSS (Tuning Super Store)
Just like the title suggests I am ready to pull the plug and pay for a custom tune. I have put on enough performance bolt ons to make it worth it and was wondering who to go with. I have the Diablo Trinity 1000 and have spoke with the guys at BAMA and at TSS whom Diablo recommends going with. I have read a lot about BAMA's tunes from you guys and have been impressed; but have also heard good things from the other company.
Lastly will I notice a lot? I was thrilled with the difference after installing the basic Diablo tune, I had a smile on my face for weeks. I don't expect the performance gain to be as noticeable as stock vs basic Diablo tune but I do hope I notice a little.
Current Performance list:
K&N Intake
Magniflow exhaust
JBA Shorties
Airaid Throttle body spacer

American Muscle (Bama) prefer to use the SCT tuners. They also have a significant amount of dyno time and experience wtih Mustangs in general and will answer you dirctly in case of a problem. Their tunes are semi-custom meaning they are better than the generic canned tunes that come directly from the tuner manufacturer.
TSS looks to be a storefront only. That means that you will get a generic canned tune. If you have any problems they'll probably tell you to contact Diablo directly.

I have a Bama tune and couldn't be happier. Had some concerns and when I called I spoke to a real person who listened and answered my questions.
Their product delivers and their customer support is the icing on the cake.
+1 for Bama

Bama FTW. If you buy tunes for life with your tuner you will never pay for a tune again. I spoke with them in the past and you can buy it for a tuner you did not buy from them. And you can always talk to a real person.

Thank you guys! It sounds like BAMA is the way to go, like I mentioned I talked to one of their Agents yesterday and they seemed very knowledgeable plus all these reviews makes them stand out above the others. From what I see on AM it's $150 for 3 custom tunes, not to bad as the other places are $100+ each tune.

Definitely go with Bama. Or maybe have it tuned at a reputable mustang dyno shop? Then you're guaranteed to get a tune that's truly customized to your car.
But I'm impressed with my tunes, especially 93 race. Chirping tires and quick starts no matter how slowly I feather the clutch and gas haha
