I am thinking of doing mine...def not doing light covers. It is either tint or spray tint. Which one have ya'll done? Show me some pictures if you would and give me your feedback on visibility, etc.
Need something to dim down this red on the lights a lil bit.

1300$ for the pair from the stealership...I might do tint for now and get the 2013 lights when they come down on price. I already got ripped a new one on the grille I bought from the dealership.

2013's are way darker than the 2010+. I LOVE the 2013 lights. But, that $1300 price point will be KILLED by aftermarket guys. Way more affordable I'm confident

Woahhh $1300?! How do you kmow this?! I worl at a local dealer as a tech and didnt think of checking in parts if theyre available yet, i wonder what my price would be. They are all blacked out in person when the lights aren't on and do look really good but i think we may need the trunk/decklid and rear bumper for them to fit properly

The guys over at American Muscle said the price at one time...you do not need the trunk/decklid or rear bumper for them to fit but they will have a small gap on the 2010-12

From my friends exsperiences with tinted lights, in the end it turns out not to be worth the hassle from the cops. It's just another reason to pull you over. It looks good, but to me not worth the hassle.

Does anyone know if lightly tinting them to dim down the red a lil bit is illegal in texas?

Thats a very light tint. Probably wouldnt even be noticeable! Those look lighter than the 2013's..
