Roush Dub edition lowering springs by Eibach. I just put mine on last weekend and they are great. Totally worth a measly 125 bucks from Roush Overstock!

Eibach here (full Pro Plus kit actually) and I love it, 2nd car with Eibachs (first had Sportlines). Depends on the feel you are looking for (Eibach Pro feels stock until you get into it then it tightens up quick), and what you will do with said drop.

It depends on how low you want to go. Springs won't sit you very low but are cheaper. Coilovers are more expensive but you then have the ability of full adjustable ride height and damping. Also in cars...you get what you pay for.

If a more level look is what you are after, I would go with the steeda's at 1"/1.25"...good luck with the drop!

Anything more than an inch of drop up front is a waste imo on the 05-09, for that reason I ruled out the eibach's. While I read only good feedback on the steeda's, I choose to keep the factory rake for cosmetic purposes and only drop the back an inch. This lead me straight to the frpp p springs at an inch all around. Very pleased with them, would definatley recommend!

What kind of drop are you looking for, 1", 1.5", 2"?? Is ride quality a factor?
In a few weeks I will be lowering mine with Eibach Pro springs with Koni STR.Ts, if you have time I could give a better recommendation then.
Probably the best thing you could do though is talk to Sam Strano. Most people don't have the experience with multiple different combinations like he does.
