My favorite line from Days of Thunder is when Tom Cruise is on his first trial drive in the movie and screams to Robert Duvall over the head set " I'm droppin' the Hammer!!!" and proceeds to down shift and accelerate out of those extra "movie gears" that the rest of us don't ever seem to be able to find.

I still can't stop laughing when I see that part after all these years. Erik
