Default I need new strut mounts, and opinions....

So my passenger side strut mount has been getting worse over the last 2 years and now its to the point of not holding the alignment.

I can't decide between MM CC plates or GT500 mounts with camber bolts down the road.

As of now the car is not lowered, but eventually will be (not much though, 1inch to 1 1/2 inches)

The only reason I am thinking about GT500 mounts over CC plates is all the noise that camber caster plates seem to make. Some people seem to say they have no noise, some say otherwise.
My car is a DD and I do like comfort but I'm not scared to sacrifice some of it for what is needed, just how much?

How much more noise will I really gain, including NVH and popping sounds?

If anyone has MM CC's how do you like them? Worth the money?

I was under the impression that the popping and clunking noises occurred only if you DIDN'T replace the OEM strut mounts. I'll be doing my suspension using the MaxMotor CC plates next weekend (if my stars remain in alignment). Until then, I can't comment on the noise factor (but I did get the CC plates instead of the GT500/camber bolt setup but only because it's more convenient to adjust that way).

Yeah from what I read people report popping from using CC plates, some say when they are going over bumps, other just pulling out of the driveway. Either way I really would like to use CC plates that way I will have that adjust-ability on standby whether I need it or not. I'm hoping to change mine within a month, report back when you get yours installed, see how you like it.

^This. (thanks for the Steeda props BTW)

Let me know if I can get you a set of our heavy duty upper strut mounts. They allow up to 1* of camber adjustment, are made right here in the USA, and feature a lifetime limited warranty.

I've got J&M CC plates on mine, no added noise.

I love my Steeda HD mounts. No issues what-so-ever! Definitely a company I trust and I have yet to hear anything negative (other than camber adjustment lol) with the HD mounts.

I had the FR500 mounts on mine and they started popping. Pulled them yesterday and found that the right side bearing was broken. I had less than 1000 miles on them. I replaced with another set off an 09 Shelby and the noise went away. (I was using the green stud, updated version, but switched back to the black stud mount).

Ok camber plates it is then, but man, Maximum Motorsports ones offers so much more adjustment....can't decide between them and Steeda HD's.

I have the ford racing ones. Installed them to get rid of my front end clunk. Even though my stockers were broken, it was not the source of my clunk.
