No, but I have had this happen on my '11gt..
turn the key and the starter stays "turning". Happened the first month I had it (OCT '10) and took it to the dealer the next day. Of course, because the problem didn't happen when they turned the key...nothing was done. It happens from time to time, so now, I just let it "turn" until the car starts up. When it finally dies, it will be taken back to the dealer.

Did they identify the problem last time other than to say they reflashed the PCM? Hopefully you'll get this taken care of.

Just a reflash -
I think they had to follow protocol to properly identify the problem ya know.
By doing a flash first.
The guy told me the warranty work on sync is ridiculous.
Step by step procedures per warranty work... which causes customers to come in two or three times until it's resolved.
Assuming this is the way to isolate what's causing it exactly....
