Yeah all GT's come with true duals. That is the stock H pipe. The cats are right there as the pipe turns upward to connect to the manifold.

Just like everyone else posted, sorry to burst your bubble and ruin the excitement you may have had, but that is a stock Mustang GT Hpipe and exhaust setup from what I can see.
