youtube as a basis for decibels.. yeah, doesn't work like that.

borla S is loud. I've hurt several peoples ears with it. it's louder then my buddies straight 3" piped evo. attak must be absurdly loud.

ask your local section to see if people have various exhaust setups. no wording on a forum or some low quality youtube clip is going to give you a realistic demonstration of how it will sound

Not a 5.0, but here's Corsa Xtreme with Pypes O/R H pipe. If its any consolation, it's louder than my motorcycle, and my bike is LOUD.

You could look into the flowmaster American thunder. I just put them on and they sound pretty decent. I'd give them a 4/5 because I had a friend drive my car past me and I wasn't totally pleased with the WOT throttle sound. It still sounded good but I'm spoiled from the way my firebird sounded with long tubes and an off-road y-pipe. I think an xpipe and LT headers would help a lot.

Dont remove the resonators. They help prevent drone, if both sides of your exhaust are the same they will set up the same harmonic frequency and cause drone. My flowmaster super 44's have none
