I had the B&M in my 2006. In my opinion, poorly designed shifter. It would get warm to the touch and then it would bind. I eventually pulled this one out and installed the MGW. The MGW is fantastic. I now have one in my 2012. It is also fantastic.

I have the Hurst Billet + in my Bullitt. It would have been considered good in the '60s or '70s.

If you want a new shifter, look into both MGW, and the Barton!

Get the Hurst Comp. Billet short shifter. Have no rattles, or problems, it is really short, about 40-50% and it takes little effort to put in gear. You can flick it into gear. It is also the most aesthetically good looking shifter on the market. About $200 makes it a good shifter for the price. Classic white cue ball look and feel.

I have the Hurst. Really like the feel of it, but had to modify to eliminate rattles. It works well on the street and track, but would consider other brands more seriously the next time I buy.
