An outside video is not a good way to tell if a clutch is slipping at ALL.
There are way too many variables.

The test for a slipping clutch is the one I told you about.
Just forget about that outside the car video and do the real test.
If you need to or dont feel confident in your judgement, take it to a Ford shop you trust and just ask one of the guys in the garage to take a quick ride with you to get their opinion.

Hell man... that video just sounded like friggin exhaust to me when you were switching gears.
Long tube headers will DEFINITELY change the sound of the car my friend.

But you need to do that test I said that way you can know for sure.
And like I said... dont hesitate to have a mechanic at a trusted Ford place take a two minute ride with you. That's all it will take for them to know.

I think you misunderstood my last post. Can you actually tell anything about the clutch from the video I posted?

Looking at Exedy, should I go with the 400 if I plan to stay NA or could I get by with the 350?

I cant tell ANYTHING from that video at ALL.

I went with the EXEDY MACH 400 when I was at 340RWHP and 320 or so Trq.
That is what I would suggest you go with.
It is not too big of a clutch for your power but still allows for a good bit of growth.
If I was going with a supercharger or turbo I'd get a MACH 500. But you don't need that.

It is an EXCELLENT clutch and the feel to it is just awesome.

Hrm... I wish I could remember my install cost lol.
That is one question I can't answer for you.
I'd call a few dealerships and compare the costs.
In fact I can't even remember the price RANGE.

One piece of advice, don't take it to some shabby shop just because it is much cheaper. Take it to either a dealership or a shop you have known for a LONG time.
You don't want a bad clutch install and have to have them break all that **** down again for you. You would end up paying out the *** if you had to do that.
Some shops don't honor their installs and would charge you AGAIN if it was a bad install.

Well, I know a guy that would do it for like $150 because I know him, but I don't know his quality of work. I'll ask around and see.

OH YEAH.
Get a new flywheel when you get a new clutch.

Some people just have theirs resurfaced but I do not recommend this.
If you do this with the good brands of clutch's it will VOID the warranty.
Plus they do not match up as well. The clutch and flywheel need to mate good to behave at it's best.

I bought the EXEDY flywheel and I LOVED it.
Also...stay away from the aluminum flywheels.
They will make your driving a lot different and with cams can make normal
start and go driving a BITCH.

The EXEDY flywheel is GREAT.
It is lighter than a stock flywheel but behaves EXACTLY like a stock flywheel when it comes to driving. Plus it has these big spaces in it unlike the little holes in the stock flywheel. These big spaces actually cool the clutch which is GREAT for it.

The EXEDY flywheel is TRULY a great flywheel and has been PROVEN so through the past years.
P.S. I had cams as well when I put the EXEDY clutch and flywheel in.
And so have others I am familiar with. So I can tell you from experience. Both mine and others.
You wont need to buy a new Alignment Tool, Pilot Bearing, and Slave Cylinder/Throwout Bearing Combo with the EXEDY clutch.
With other brands you do but with EXEDY they INCLUDE a new them with your clutch so it saves you about 150 bucks!

One more thing... make sure you order the correct version of the flywheel.
I can't remember if the 05-09 GT's use the six bolt or eight bolt flywheel.
