Default 2012 Gt Purchase, need advise buying.

Im currently looking at a 2012 GT Premium auto Silver with the 401A Package, the sticker is $38605.00 but they will let it go for $32476.00
With the 2013 on the street already I'm sure they can take more off that sticker what do you think, I'm calling my sales girl in the morning and Im going to ask her if she really wants to sell a car or not ? Im going with a auto this time because of all the trash talk on the manual trans being chinese crap ?

Ok great job with that, I have a 2011 Camaro 2SS with the RS package and only 7500 miles and they want to give me $27 for it, way to low and my car is in Perfect condition with EVERY OPTION except sunroof.

If you go to nadaguides.com, you can price it out and see the actual invoice price of the car. I'm sure there are some incentives, so take the invoice minus the incentives and that will be what the dealer is actually paying. Let them make 600 to 1000 dollars on the car and you might get it bought. I've done that before and gotten some incredible deals.

I came up with approx. $32024 using nada. Auto companies will give little kick backs here and there, so I'd agree with Sequence saying that 31,300 is probably about as low as they will go. Good luck, and remind them that they are going to hit you with dealer prep, advertising, etc.
