Here is my input on Lemon law, it exsits to protect consumer from a defective car, they have to try to fix the same problem at least 3 times. I have done this twice for cars that I bought for my wife, the first was a SAAB that come to find out the mold for the engine was defective so it kept loosing oil, I used an attorney for this, with the attorney it took 6 months of BS. but at the end we got all our money back minus the miles. The second time was for a BMW 335 for my wife again, come to find out that the high pressure fuel pumps were defective, after the 3rd time I went online to BBB(better business bureau) and submitted the form on a Thursday by Tuesday I received an email from BBB that they were contacted by BMW and I needed to call the dealer to setup a day to surrender the car. Again we received all our money minus the miles. Lesson learned go through the BBB and it will get resolved ASAP. Mnfg do not want to be on the BBB negative list. Hope this help you or anyone else who purchased a car with your hard earned money to only get a car that is not worth your money. I have had a bad experience with foreign cars so I will stick with American made, we have the 07 Mustang 06 Cadillac Escalade & 2002 Chevy Blazer, all these cars have never had any issues(knocks on wood)

any resolution? I for one think that 99% of so called lemons exist for one reason:

Lousy mechanic or the car company has revised a part that is no longer compatible with the parts that were on the vehicle when built.

I worked for a auto part company once, parts are always going through a continual revision process.
