Red face considering 2013 Mustang GT

Hello All -
Have have owned a few Mustangs over the last 16 years and my current one is a Torch Red 2006 GT that I purchased new.
One of my local dealerships has a beautiful Race Red 2013 GT that has all of the options that I would choose if I had ordered it myself.
I had already decided to get a new Mustang just prior to the next redesign, but I have read differing opinions on whether that will be 2014 or 2015 model year.
Any thoughts on this?

Love my 2013 Mustang GT... glad I got it. without knowing exactly what the next re-design will look like, and the fact i liked the way the 2013 looked, i'm glad i got mine now.

If you can wait then wait it out a bit. If you dont like the 2014 models or 15, u can always get a used 2013. I love my 2013 and i dnt think i would trade it in for a 2014, even if it does come with more bells and whistles. But if u cant wait then get that 2013 and let the fun begin!!

You can't go wrong with the '13/'14 model years IMO. The '15s will lose the retro look that so many of us like and keep the S197 a desirable model in the future...

I had the same problem when I was considering trading in my 06. I ended up going with the 13 GT and love it. Cars are always changing, so who knows, maybe I can rush to pay this one off and if I like the 15 redesign, ill pick one up used when I can afford it but the 13 looks really good to me and I am very happy with it. I really think the 5.0 is here to stay for a while and that is the main thing I wanted so, unless it is really to die for, i dont see myself wanting to upgrade, but you really never know.

Thanks for the replies.

I definitely love the changes that were made between the '12 and '13 models.
Just for whatever reason I had thought in the back of my mind that I would like to have the very last model year prior to the redesign. I thought it would be 2014 since they proclaimed 2009 as the 45th anniversary. But on searches that I have done on the internet there seems to be differing opinions on whether 2014 or 2015 will be the next generation.
With that said, if I do go with the 2013 now, I would enjoy it no matter what would happen next year.
