Could you or someone direct me to a guide on how to clean my TB and MAF?

Find thread throttle body cleaning. Sorry, I don't know how to link it. There is a good video that shows how to do it. Just a little added input. Loosen all 4 bolts to the throttle body, then take them out one at a time. If you loosen and remove one at a time when you loosen the last bolt you could mess up the gasket. Ask me how I know.
Make sure you use the crc throttle body cleaner. Use MAF cleaner for the MAF. Be careful of the MAF. It wouldn't take much to mess it up.

+1 And don't touch the wire inside the MAF. They are very fragile and if you break that wire, you're buying a new MAF. I've heard of ppl using other cleaners, but there is a specific cleaner for MAF's that you should look for.

Maybe they talked about that in the video, but I didnt watch it.

I cleaned the MAF and the TB. Man, there was a ton of gunk in the TB. Now the idle is high (it did drop back to normal after about 5 minutes). Its throwing two lean codes, but I'm going to reset with the battery and then reflash the PCM with the tuner

It ran fine till this afternoon. The idle was unstable again. I was getting lean codes again. My CAI had popped loose a bit. I reattached it and reflashed the ECU. Doing the fuel filter tomorrow afternoon.
