Default Really beginning to hate this car...

Its going in the shop... Again... It was fine this morning but when my manager sent me to the store, it was dying at idle. Any time it wasn't idling, it was fine. Even sounded fine. Wasn't even overheating.

I hate this.

Apparently, I haven't been following prior threads, if any, on your issues. Wuz up? From your description, I can only assume an idle issue and I KNOW that YOU KNOW to clean the TB first for that single issue. Anything else?

When was the last time your replaced your fuel filter? If it has been awhile, that is a cheap fix that you probably need to do anyway.

Cleaning the TB tonight, checking the fuel filter tomorrow. The greens superintendent at work (I work at a golf course) said I should check for a gunked up injector, so if the first two don't work I'll try that.

I'm also due for a 5000 mile oil change as of 100 miles ago. Could that have something to do with it?

If you're going to do an oil service, you may want to run a couple of bottles of Techron concentrate through two subsequent tanks to help clean the internals, it's a cheap try anyway.

Going 100 miles over on the oil change will not harm your car/cause these issues! You might have a bad MAF(mass air flow sensor)...

The oil change is irrelevant.

The TB, however is the FIRST thing you should have checked. It's the first place you want to start with idling issues with these cars. Clean it, then air filter, then fuel filter.

C'mon man!
