Also, take a look at the tires. I had to replace my summer-only Pirelli tires (that come with the Brembo package) at around 14,000 miles. They had tread, but were getting really unpredictable.

Replacing those tires is pretty expensive. You may want to point out the life of those pricy tires when dealing. If the tires are brand new (as in replaced).. then you saved yourself around $1000 right there. My replacement Michelin Pilot A/S Plus cost me around $1,700 from Dobbs.. (I went there for free rotations and patches.. I seem to be a magnet for nails).

If the tires show a lot of wear, and they wont go down as far as you would like on the price, ask them to put new tires on. If you can get it for around 29- or their asking price.. and get new tires out of the deal, thats a $1,000+ bonus for you.
Good point

OE tires for brembo are only 220 treadwear

the one thing that really irks me about the car though..it has a stupid front plate on it. So there are holes in the bumper and I dont want any type of dumb plate. I dont get why some dealers put that crap on when PA does not require a front plate. Also the car is being sold as is..no warranty on it.
according to Carfax. The dealer bought the car from Auction to sell on their lot. So I bet they got it for dirt cheap. All these little things make me want to offer even less for it.

Offer less then.. all they can say is no. You never know, maybe you'll get it for a steal.

It all depends on your bargaining skills.
