A cop recently pulled me over for improper use of
Turn signals. This was the 18th time I've been pulled over this year so far. I have a mustang... It's orange... And it's loud. In other words it's a cop magnet. But sometimes I feel as if I'm being picked on by the cops. I've been pulled over twice for my tires touching the center line and another time i ran a yellow light and my friend that was 5 car lengths behind me ran the red light yet the cop pulled me over and not him. And many other stupid ones like merging on the highway too soon. They don't give me tickets but I constantly am getting pulled over. Do you guys get picked on by the cops as well? I'm not complaining just wondering if it's a mustang thing.

jees man. 18 times in a year? I've been puled over like 4 times in the ~11ish years I've been driving.

I think cops pick on the import guys more then the domestic cars around here.

Ive been pulled over 2 times since owning my car, both times were with the v6, both excuses were the license plate light wasn't bright enough. Now I have the v8 in the car, with longtubes, high-flow cats, and slp loudmouths, and comp cams. My car is loud, really freaking loud and I don't get pulled over. They apparently don't like you or your car.

I drive a Screaming Yellow GT convertible with black stripes and a hood scoop, along with Corsa mufflers. I haven't been bothered by the LEO in 100,000 miles. Think it could be the gray beard?

Do you have those red halo light on when you get pulled over? I never get pulled over and my car is pretty loud. Maybe the cops appreciate a nice sounding v8 over a loud v6, lol!

How old are you? If you look young, then they are probably pulling you over because they figure you are up to no good.

nope......Alot of police departments have these dontation/support the police department programs that you mail in $20 to then they send you a sticker that says you support that police department. Place that sticker near your license plate.....to show your support that is..... not get out of trouble

Nah I havnt been pulled over ever for my halos. I am 20 so yeah I'm young driving this car so I get picked on bad haha I just feel as if it's too much. They have given me 3 DUI test also and I don't even drink

18 times in one year is excessive but a friend of mine got 27 points over a 6 month span when he was 19. Still has a long way to go to match my 40+ total points in 26 yrs of driving. (yes I had way too much fun).
