FRPP Procal vs BAMA Street for AT

FRPP Procal vs BAMA Street for AT
Anyone have experience with FRPP Procal tune vs BAMA street tune for an automatic?
Have read much about the Procal and leaning towards it. 2012 GT stock auto. I don't race or plan other mods except maybe GT500 exhaust later. Just want better throttle response, shift point adjustment and low end torque (I am usually around 1800 - 2500rpm in daily driving with acceleration to 3000 - 4500 or maybe 5000 for passing - or fun - as needed.) Would be using 93 octane gas. Want to make sure I consider the BAMA Street tune/SCT before deciding. (I know about the warranty difference)
Thanks for any real world feedback.

I'd have to say that the AM (or most other aftermarket custom tunes) out-perform the FRPP. Although I do try to understand the wuss-minded that feel a need to play the lame "not-void-my-warranty" card. To each their own.

Read a lot about the Procal and seems like it does what I need as in OP. Only negative seems to be that some people have had pinging (others have not)...
Just wanted some feedback from anyone that has specifically used the BAMA 93 Octane Street tune on an automatic (mine is 2012 GT) so that I can adequately consider both options. Looking for a conservative tune for DD use that provides better low end torque, adjusts shift points and improves throttle response at 2000 - 3000 rpm. Anything else is a +. No racing planned or other mods besides maybe GT500 exhaust and wheels/tires in the future.
Thanks again for any feedback on this.
Note: Warranty is not an issue. I have had 5 Mustang GTs - all stock - since 2004 and never had any engine/transmission problems - just want the best tune for above needs for the $ so experience with either/both would be helpful to me as this would be my first ever tuner/tune.

Just throwing my .02 at you.
I am still waiting to receive my 13 but I have already bought the GT500 Axle back and plan on going with bamas tune. The Bama tune will give you alot more HP over the Ford tune. Also they give you free tunes for life so if you ever throw a CAI (or any mods)on it they will change if for free and you will gain even more HP. Fords Procal will not help your mods like bamas tune will. Go with Bama! I had it on my 2003 Mustang and never had a problem.

I would like to start by saying I'm confident you'll be happy with either of the devices you listed above. A great benefit to running with our tune is that they're entirely custom and can be adjusted to your daily driving habits! The street tune is designed as a daily driver program that focuses on increasing mid-range power. Automatic vehicles are further enhanced by making adjustments to the transmission's shift points and firmness. Here's a little bit about how we write our tunes:
For every Bama Tune we ask you 19 questions about your specific Mustang, including your unique mods and style of driving. This info helps us write custom tunes from the ground-up for your Mustang's mods that will give you the most horsepower that we can safely deliver. We're also constantly developing our tunes! Between our 14 different Project Mustangs and tons of street/track and dyno testing (on our in-house Dynojet 224xLC), we're looking for any minor tweaks to be made that can benefit you guys. We're also part of Fords Technology Transfer Program & Work very closely with Ford to insure that all of our tunes are perfect!
I hope this helps, let me know if I can be of any assistance! Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764 and they'll get you squared away!

Some people just want better throttle response / shift points and more low end torque and the Procal provides that without making sacrifices. A lot of people are content with the power coming out of a stock coyote.
