Default white smoke after start up

this morning started the car just to move it since it was in the way then shut it off. tonight when i started it white smoke came out the mufflers is this normal? i went for drive everything seems normal.

That's exactly why it happens...engine starts up rich, unless you drive it, you will have white smoke on the next start.

What is the temperature and humidity? It was probably just evaporating condensation out of the exhaust system.

That's very common for the 4.6L on a startup following a prior, brief startup. Nothing to worry about providing it's not occuring on EVERY startup.

White smoke is moisture. You'll get some from normal overnight sitting. It will increase when you heat those pipes early in the morning, but not long enough to burn off present condensation. More moisture will collect, and then when you start it later, you'll get the smoke again.

Wouldn't worry about it.
