Default 2013 Rear DeckLid Panel?? anyone?

Hey All,
So I wondering if anyone with a 2013 got the CDC RearDeck Lid Panel?

http://www.americanmuscle.com/cdc-rear-panel-2010.html

Ive googled to see if i could find some pics (no 2013's) and tried to find it on other forums. But nothing I read some reviews on AM and it seems some 2013 owners got it done. Anyways anyone on here have any pics?

Also any advice on how to install it? heard the 2013's are a little different in the back

Also wondering if there is a decklid with a smooth glossy finish? Links? Pics? I know RTR has one. But I dont like how it has the RTR logo on it
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

I'd think it would look even better on a 2013 - reason being, it shows a slight amount of paint on the edges of it after the install, which wouldn't be a problem on a 13.. I laid down some black vinyl along the edges of my decklid area to make it blend in.

Jay_C123,

It's odd that we can't find any pictures of this installed on the 13's. I know for a fact a lot of our customers with 2013's are running this! I'll look into this a little farther for you or see if I can slap this on our 13' GHIG for you real quick. Install takes about 15 minutes since its just 3M tape!

I hope this helps, I'm confident you'll love this item! Let me know if you have any questions.

Awesome Jay. I agree it's a hard deal to pass up on! Definitely post up some pictures after you get everything installed, I'm looking forward to checking it out.

Let me know if I can be of any assistance!

Just installed one on my '13:

I hated the glossy one that came on the car - it would look dirty 2 minutes after washing the car. It looked good when it was clean but just about impossible to keep it that way.

That looks pretty sweet and real clean! I cant wait to get mine in. just ordered it. Is there any difference in the installation for the '13s?

Yes there is, watch this video:
and it will tell you how to take your old panel off. The other thing I did was use electrical tape to cover the holes under the panel because this panel doesn't completely seal and I didn't want water and dirt getting inside the panel and causing corrosion problems. Watch the video and you'll see what I mean.
