OP- I don't think that you will have an issue though since you are getting a set from more recent manufacturing. From what I have read Pypes had a manufacturing issue at one point about a year ago. I completely understand your frustration with the passenger side not fitting. It sucks.

that's right, they are used but that doesn't really mean anything does it?

Success! The Pypes l/t headers went in with little to no trouble at all. I did not have any issues with the rh. motor mount or the steering shaft. The x pipe bolted up exactly in the place of the factory cat pipe. The fit was night and day different from the boost brothers. This was by far the biggest pita thing I have ever done to a mustang. I think I have had engine swaps that were easier than this. The Pypes came with new header gaskets and new bolts. I re used most of the factory studs as it said it was ok in the header instructions. One issue I did have was on the bottom stud on cyl 7. The stud length actually came in contact with the primary tube. It made it impossible to get the nut on. I found this ofcourse after all the the nuts were installed! LOL. I had to remove the header and that stud. No big deal just a pita. After everything was reinstalled I fired it up and no leaks. No problems. Nothing. It looks like it belongs on the car. I took time to zip type all the o2 extenders up and out of the way. The sound was awesome. I am excited to take it to breakfast tomorrow morning and give her a good test drive.

Pypes fit great period.. Yeah some of shorter studs have to be used. I always forget which ones too. Installing LTs is the biggest PITA mod we have. Everything else has been quite simple compared to them. The sound is awesome, add some cams and your neighbors will hate you. LOL
