You can't get those baffles where the headlights mount to, separately...
You have to get the whole radiator support and it's about $600 for that alone.

Judging by what you listed, it's still way short of $6K in damage.
Is it one of your Insurance "Preferred shop"? If so, then that would explain it.

They might be. But we originally got an estimate with no insurance being used and it was still wtf high.
Oh well insurance is covering it now, it'll be done by next Monday I hope, I hate my rental car, Kia soul.....lol
