Angry BRAKE LIGHTS PROBLEM

Hello everyone and Merry Christmas
Yesterday I have changed in my mustang 2006 year, the brake discs and pads on the front and rear axle.
Today everything went well, but I see that when I park in the garage, the brake lights stay on without touching the brake pedal.
Stop the engine, removing the key and the 3 lights stay on.
I check the brake pedal switch, I disconnected the connector and the lights stay on.
I disconnected the battery and the lights go out, wait a few minutes. I reconnect the battery and the lights stay on again.
I do not know what else to try.
? what could be the problem?

Are both sides of the lights on?

There is an electrical issue with the 05's, '06s and some later models related to water corroding the connections on the SJB (Smart Junction Box) which is located inside the front passenger side kick panel. If the car has been out in the rain then see if the carpet is wet or damp by the kick panel. This problem often results in a host of electrical "gremlins".

This happened to my buddies 2010 V6. He disconnected the battery over night, started the car up in the morning and all was well. It hasn't happened since. :-/

I I remove the right panel. over the SJB and no water or corrosion.
everything is dry and clean.
all last night, the battery disconnected.
24 hours after I connect the battery and the three brake lights stay on.
I've also started the motor.y not possible, move the shift lever. right button not triggering lever and could not move.
I've had to unlock it with the key. on the right side.
I do not know what can be the problem

Sounds like the SJB is bad. That controls alot of the cars functions.

Sorry to hear disconnecting the battery over night didn't do the trick. I remember someone mentioning about the brake pedal switch may need adjusting, however you stated you tried disconnected the brake pedal switch and the tail lights and 3rd brake light still remained on? :-/
