I have had my '05 GT for about to months and I am sick of listening to my car creak. It's when I'm going over any kind if uneven surface, it sounds like an old car from the inside. It just creaks and it doinds like the suspension. I don't think it's easily heard from the outside. Anywho. Any suggestions?

There is a TSB related to front end groan/chuckle if that's what you're talking about. Or it could simply be worn components. Or your exhaust isn't loud enough. Or the volume on your sound system isn't high enough.

Mine used to creak sometimes when I first got it (only 24k miles too). Carmax said it was worn struts...replaced them and front control arm bushings did the trick. It would creak and groan just turning the steering wheel whils stopped. My car sat a lot so I think that's what wore out the parts so quick.

Cmax covered all of it at no cost. Could be same issue with yours possibly.

It could also be your rear lower control arms. Have a friend stand next to the car and take off from a stop. If it sounds like the noise is coming from the rear, that'd by my guess.

I replaced mine with the Ford Racing GT500 LCAs; stiffened up the rear quite a bit and no more annoying sound :-)

If you want some stock parts cheap with low mileage I have em. Front struts and rear shocks, just PM me. Check all your bushings, maybe even lube them. I had the front end clunk. Happened when driving over any kind of bump in the road. Turns out it was the front LCA's. Replaced with GT500 LCA's problem solved.

Glad to hear your front LCA swap cured the front end clunk. I'm getting ready to replace mine; making the clunk I've been living with forever go away would be a nice bonus!

Drive down a pothole ridden dirt road every day. It will shake everything so loose that it can't creak.

Kinda overwhelmed. I guess I can try and lube the bushings. With wat though?
