Default Props to Late Model Resto

Well, I've had great luck with my mods so far, but I was bound to reach a snafu at some point, right?

Well for whatever reason, the prongs on this CS rear cover were a little too short causing the bumper not to be flush with the rear quarters. I seem to have received an outlier and it seems my lucky streak finally ran out.

After discussions between the body shop, Nathan at LMR and their manufacturer, LMR is refunding me for my purchase of the bumper.

They say you can tell the quality of the company by their customer service after a sale and I'm happy to say that LMR took care of me. I haven't done a lot of business with them before, but I'll be damned if I don't start doing more business with them after this.

Anyone else have any good recent LMR stories?

I have never purchased anything from them but I wouldn't hesitate to. I'm partial to AM as they've been great to me and ALWAYS come through with the best service. LMR is a top notch company as well so I would expect the same.

Thanks for the kind words man. I hate to hear that the bumper didn't work out for you, but I am pleased to hear that we got you taken care of.

We will always stand up for our customers and make sure they are taken care of no matter what. Doesn't matter if we need to send out another part, or offer a refund. We want our customers to be happy at the end of the day.

If you have any questions, or looking to make another order, just let me or the sales team know.
