I replaced the rear rotors with Centric on my '06 GT when I replaced the pads. Very decent rotors. I will do the same when I replace the fronts.

I replaced mine with Ford OEM rotors some time ago (07 GT). Not much more expensive than aftermarket, and better quality. I'm at 70K and only one replacement, but don't remember when.
