Totaled my car

sorry to hear about what happened, but glad you're ok.....hopefully the lady's insurance company will take "good" care of you, since it wasn't your fault.
...and I completely agree with what Matt's 95 Stang said....get all your receipts together and make sure to present them to the insurance adgent. While your car may or may not appraise for what you've got in it, IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT....meaning, they should do something to compensate you for what you just spent on it.
Good Luck!

By the way, my lawyers: Dewey, Cheatham and Howe say your neck and back should start hurting a lot more right about now.

I am happy you are ok. That and it's not your fault. That is a major plus in this case. As others said, get all your receipts in order and present your case the best you can. If you don't ask, you're not going to get.

The sad part is i really do have a lot of pain in my lower back. Since the accident i cant find a comfortable position. I am having trouble sleeping and sitting down for more than 30 minutes at a time. And yes i am getting as many receipts as i can, but when i bought the car it already came with a few mods that i don't have proof of purchase for so idk how i can get extra money for those
